Many have wondered about Dave-chow, and now the information is finally
available to the public. Read on, and wonder. Try not to laugh.
Dave-chow, in it's simplest definition, is simply what Dave
eats. However, because of Dave's eating patterns, it can also be
defined in terms of the actual food, since those patterns are very simple
(Dave almost never eats out).
- Breakfast
- One bowl of organic multi-grain cereal with fat free organic
milk. Half a large glass of organic orange juice (from concentrate).
- Lunch
- One sandwich - two slices of organic sprouted wheat bread, 3 ounces
of turkey, 2 slices of reduced fat cheese, a slice of tomato, and a
layer of organic romaine lettuce. A glass of water, or organic orange
juice (from concentrate) when at home. A small bowl of organic fat free
yogurt mixed with concentrated organic orange juice, when at work (mixed
at one quart yogurt to one can juice).
- Afternoon Snack (when at work)
- Half a sandwich (see lunch), with some water.
- Supper
- One bowl of frozen peas, microwaved to a reasonable
temperature. Roughly a third a pound of organic spaghetti, boiled
for seven and a half minutes in plain water, with substantial
amounts of powdered garlic and some amount of grated mostly parmesan
cheese. One large glass of organic orange juice (from concentrate). One
multivitamin.
